We highly value the satisfaction of our patients. If you experience a complaint or disappointment, we kindly ask you to discuss this with us first. This can be done during a separate (free) consultation, by phone, or via email. Together, we can review the situation, provide clarification, and work towards a suitable solution. We always do our utmost to take your complaint seriously and resolve it effectively.
If we are unable to reach a resolution together, you can file an official complaint through the KNMT (Royal Dutch Dental Association). Our practice is affiliated with the KNMT complaints procedure.
