If you have an appointment and you want to change or cancel it, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance, preferably by telephone. Appointments on Monday must be changed/canceled no later than the Friday before, before 12:00 PM. If you have not kept your appointment or canceled it at the last minute, we are forced to charge the costs for the reserved treatment time, treatment room and dental team.
