The treatments at Tandartspraktijk Kockengen are calculated according to this price list. The exact rates can be found on the website of Alles Over Het Gebit. Please note that these rates may change at the beginning of each year.
You will receive your invoice from Infomedics
In our practice we like to give you all the attention and good care. That is why we work together with Infomedics for sending and collecting our invoices. This means that you will receive an invoice for the care from Infomedics.
Reimbursement from your health insurer
If your health insurer reimburses part of your bill, this will be clearly stated on the bill. You pay what remains to Infomedics. Do you have a question about the amount of the reimbursement on your account? Then contact your health insurer. Is there no reimbursement on the bill? Then pay everything to Infomedics and then check whether you can still submit the bill to your health insurer.
It is also possible to pay your bill by debit card immediately after treatment.
We can draw up a budget for you prior to a treatment of € 250 or more, to keep you informed of the expected costs.
